Luno, an exchange headquartered in London with a presence in Singapore, South Africa, Malaysia Indonesia, and Nigeria, has announced the addition of XRP on its platform. Luno was founded in 2013 and has over 2 million customers in 40 countries and a team of over 150.
XRP becomes the fourth crypto asset to be added on Luno, after Bitcoin, Ethereum and Bitcoin Cash.
Even though Luno’s trading volume is relatively low ($2.4 million at the time of writing) it offers trading with a wide variety of fiat currencies EUR (Euro), IDR (Indonesian rupiah), MYR (Malaysian ringgit), NGN (Nigerian naira), SGD (Singapore dollar), UGX (Ugandan shilling), ZAR (South African rand), ZMW (Zambian kwacha) and BTC (Bitcoin)
Luno has not yet specified with which currencies XRP will be paired or when it will be added on the platform. We have contacted Luno for further details and will update the story when possible.
