November 7: Netcents adds XRP to merchant gateway

NetCents, an online payment processing platform based in Canada, is offering consumers and merchants online services for managing electronic payments. NetCents offers merchants, partners, and users an entire cryptocurrency ecosystem by providing full payment integration, instant settlements, and security while giving users access to over 40 million merchants worldwide. NetCents supports merchant cryptocurrency transactions in 55 countries and 33 fiat currencies.

On November 7, NetCents announced the addition of XRP to the NetCents merchant gateway and instant settlement program to allow for purchases at all of its participating merchants.

The addition of XRP gives NetCents users the opportunity to use XRP at millions of merchants worldwide, increasing XRP adoption and liquidity.

According to the announcement, the company is only adding XRP to its merchant platform, not to the NC Exchange (at this time).
