Ripple opens office in Switzerland

Ripple, one of the companies utilizing XRP, currently operates offices in San Francisco, New York, London, Mumbai, Singapore and Sydney. According to an announcement on moneyhouse, Ripple has opened a new office in Zurich, Switzerland.

Ripple Switzerland GmbH (Ripple Switzerland LLC) purpose will be:

“the sale of digital assets XRP to institutional buyers. The Company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, engage in other business activities in Switzerland and abroad and conduct any business directly or indirectly related to the purpose.”

The Charmain of the company will be Eames Peter (a controller at Ripple). Chien Elizabeth (VP of Global tax at Ripple) and Luchsinger Gähwiler Catrina (Partner at Froriep Legal AG and independent board member), will act as managing directors.
