September 17: PDAX exchange goes live, XRP listed

The Philippine Digital Asset Exchange (PDAX) is an order-book exchange that was founded in 2017. PDAX allows investors to trade with the Philippine Peso in real-time and is regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas to operate as a virtual currency exchange.

Prior to the revamp of Ripple’s website, PDAX was listed as one of the suggested exchanges to purchase XRP with the Philippine Peso, with a note however that the exchange was coming soon.

PDAX officially went live on September 17th, according to a twitter announcement:

As expected, XRP has been included and can be traded with the Philippine Peso.
